Myrto Stamou you legend!

I had the priveledge of sitting front row as press for the 5:30pm Gala Show today at GFW. I got to see the best collections from each university, but i was surprised at the lack of menswear. There were a few interesting collections, i particularly liked Carly Doyle's dominantly purple collection, where the models had long black fringe hairbands, with textured black dresses, purple tights and patent purple heels. To be honest, I didn't think the collections were anything that special this year, I think there should have been more menswear, and more of a variety in womenswear.
Also..I apologize for the awful quality of photos...I only had my beloved crackberry with me.

But the night has to go to our fellow Rochester student Myrto Stamou, who won BOTH womenswear and river island gold award!!! WELL DONE!! She received £20,000 to help her continue her collection and 2 years of mentoring.

Afterparty at Mango Lounge

Jan Unit Reunite

Even the parents enjoyed it! Mingling with Thom and Amy
I organised the afterparty for the Rochester show at GFW at Mango Lounge. It was a complete success! I managed to pack out the whole of the bar which I didn't expect. Even a few fashion scouts turned up. Very proud. Can't wait to do another event soon. Thank you to all who turned up!

Well Done Hubby

A big congratulations to my one true love Thom Humphris...who's collection was amazing and got through to Gala!!

Love you sweet gayer xxxxxxxxxxx

We ♥ Rochester

Congratulations to all our Rochester designers at Graduate Fashion Week.

As head of PR and Front of House, I had a surprisingly smooth run during the show with minimal drama. The show was fantastic and I am very proud to have been a part of it!

and congrats also to the designers who got through to gala!!

On Saturday me, Burge, and Falcone (Jans) went to Dickens Festival in Rochester. How can you not enjoy a day of old people in MASSIVE dresses, and chavs in their finest topless wear with beer in hand. Long Live Rochester.

A-MAZING

R-Patz is my Adonis....but I fully admit to perving on a 17 year old...Taylor Lautner...thank you for those few seconds of bliss.

Boris Will Go To The Ball...

I love Tatty Devine and all, but they are ridiculously priced. I've been trying to look for the perfect necklace to go with my outfit for Graduate Fashion Week, and Hannah suggested looking at Elsie Belle. They're MUCH cheaper and although they're not the same style, they're still well pretty. I got this Cinderella's Carriage brass beauty from there for just £12.95! Bargain!

Internal Show Afterparty

May 6th 2009
Tap 'N' Tin - SMASHED.

I did the PR and Front of House for our Rochester Graduate Internal Fashion Show where Fashion Design & Innovation graduates showcased their final collections in a catwalk show infront of an audience and a panel of judges. It's from this show that the judges select 20 students out of 68 to go to Graduate Fashion Week in London.

I organised this shindig for everyone to celebrate their success and hard work. We were all well knackered after running about at the show all day, but that's alright, just made us get bungalowed a lot quicker!

Photos I took for Miss Gemma Falcone for her Final Major Styling Project. It was shot in our wonderful garden with a brilliant cameo from our loyal visitor, Chaka the cat.

HIYAAS

Well...everyone else is doing it, why not follow this craze.

My name is Simona, but most people call me Boris, because i'm half Russian, and Snatch is a fantastic film.
I just wrote a long paragraph on what I do and what kind of person I am but it was so bloody boring I thought you should just work it out from my oh so fun posts.

To brief it up...I have just finished my degree in Fashion Promotion at University for the Creative Arts in Rochester, I throw parties and take pictures here and there.

Have fun enjoying me.
